Recently, as you may have read, a Google Employee published a manifesto claiming, among other things, that women were biologically worse at software development than men. This voiceless employee had no other choice than to distribute his message over the corporate Intranet where it went viral internally and then leaked and went viral externally.
Despite his inability to be heard, he has become widely read and possibly influential. He was also fired. While people like Erick Erickson felt "the fascists had won," others saw a deeply embarrassed company in the midst of diversity-related lawsuits, being harpooned from the inside by a dude-bro.
We at RealTrueNews take no sides--but we did ask around: It turns out some market research companies such as QUASM above, have secret internal documents telling their investment portfolio managers to be very wary of companies that promote diversity.
